CHAPTER FOURTEEN
Kyren pulled his chair closer to her, and before she could guess his intentions, he had one of his hands firmly on her mound, as if establishing ownership.
She gasped.
“You’re ours, Luciana.” Hearing her name on his lips for the first time, sent shivers down her spine. “We’ll never see the end of it, and you know it as well as we know it. There’s no going back for us.”
“I have no idea what you’re talking about,” she refused to accept any of what he was saying.
His hand pressed harder, while one of his fingers rubbed her increasingly wet pussy. “You’re such a bad liar, Luciana,” he whispered in her ear before he nibbled the tender earlobe.
She bit her lips to muffle the moan struggling to come out. “No… this can’t go on…” she insisted.
But before he could say anything else, Madeleine returned with their food.
Karn went to the counter to pick it up, and Luciana used the moment to step away from Kyren and his disturbing closeness.
“This conversation isn’t over, just postponed,” Kyren assured her with a confident grin.
“Says who?” she asked, defiantly.
“Says us,” they replied in unison, and she opened her mouth to reply but looking at Madeleine still at the counter, she decided it wasn’t a good idea.
She ate her sandwich as fast as possible, but even so, they were done by the time she finished. Those men ate as if they were starving.
When she left the dining room, they followed her.
“Are you planning on following me around the whole day?” she asked, annoyed.
“We don’t have anything better to do,” Karn said, shrugging.
“Well, find something. I have a meeting as soon as we land and you’re not going with me,” she assured them, as she headed to the main control room to help Rebecca with the landing maneuvers.
They nodded and stayed away from her, at least until they landed on Nobooto.
“We’re going with you,” Kyren announced.
“Very well. Just stay out of trouble,” she warned them, as she headed to meet Othos.
Her man was waiting for her at the docking bay, and after she introduced him to the Mandalarian warriors, she watched them walk away before she turned to talk to Othos.
“What’s going on, Othos?” she asked him.
His frown told her something was up. “We need to talk,” he said in a stern tone, as he guided her into town.
The other natives were there, in what seemed to be the main building in the community. Like the rest of the town’s buildings, this one was made of logs and wooden boards, in what looked like very basic and rustic construction.
Her men were inside, in the main room with some of the Nobooto leaders. Othos introduced her to them and the main leader, an old man, called Rajuh. He invited her to take a seat on one of the huge cushions scattered around the room before Othos proceeded to explain the situation.
“While we were staying here, we’ve discovered a few things that bothered us,” Othos explained.
“What kind of things?” she asked calmly.
